How will company decide the loan amount ?
We assess the customer repayment capacity repayment capacity based on income, age, qualification, spouse, childern, assests etc.
What all securites are requried for the loan?
Title deed of property financed in favour of mentor by creating 1st mortgage.
Collateral securities grantee from 1 or 2 person, LIP, deposit of shares and units or other securities.
What is the repayment period?
From 3 years to 10 years depending on the repayment capacity and customer preferances can also be considreed.
How can I repay the loan?
The repayment starts 1 month after disbursement. Repayment in through EMI (Equated Monthly Installments ) Comparison of principal and interest. Repayment is through cheque/DD/ECS. Post dated cheques are also required.
How is the Disbursement Done?
Disbursement can be done either in full or in installment through cheque or RTGS or DD.

Fixed Interest rates for the loans is one where the rate charged by us on the loan amount is cover the period of the loan.
